The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with tasteful decor, but there were some issues with the room allocation process. The service was accommodating despite some customer service shortcomings. The location was convenient for access to transportation hubs, but the lack of safety measures in guest bathrooms and pool area could be improved. The dining options were decent, with a typical breakfast spread available within the hotel. Overall, it offered a satisfactory stay with room for enhancements.
The hotel room I stayed in had a double bed, full-size, which was not my preference, and there was some very loud talking and laughing in the next room around 12:30 AM. Despite this, the room was good, nothing fancy, but it was ready early for my convenience.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited breakfast options. The location was convenient, but there were some noise disturbances during the night. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.
